Nearly 500 industry leaders, innovators, and decision-makers gathered under one roof to honor the companies and individuals shaping the future of technology-driven services. 

For Logixal, this evening was more than just an event; it was a defining moment. As the night unfolded, we were honored with the prestigious title of Service Team of the Year (Turnover £5m+), a category reserved for resellers operating at scale and delivering exceptional service standards. Winning this award was about validation. It affirmed that our relentless focus on customer care, technical excellence, and innovation truly sets us apart in an industry where expectations are sky-high. This victory represents the culmination of a year filled with hard work, late nights and unwavering dedication from every member of our team.

For Logixal, competing in the £5m+ turnover category meant going head-to-head with some of the biggest names in the business, companies with revenues ten times our size. The Heartbeat of Logixal: Our Service Team

Behind this award is a team of 13 dedicated professionals who embody versatility, expertise, and passion. Led by Paul, our CTO, and supported by Martin, a Xerox veteran with 40 years of customer service experience, the team includes print engineers, IT specialists, project leads, and support experts. Together, they form a cohesive unit that operates seamlessly across the UK and into Europe.

What makes this team exceptional is its ability to adapt and deliver under any circumstances. Every member is cross-trained across multiple disciplines, equipped with AI tools, and empowered to handle any install, ticket, or emergency. Whether it’s deploying complex IT solutions, managing print tickets, or installing print fleets at scale, this team approaches every challenge with precision and professionalism. They don’t just solve problems, they anticipate them, ensuring clients experience minimal disruption and maximum efficiency.

This Wasn’t All: Two Highly Commended Awards

Our success at the PrintIT Awards didn’t stop with one win. We were also Highly Commended in two additional categories, showcasing the depth of our commitment to both our people and our culture. First, we earned recognition for Employee Experience, a testament to the environment we’ve built for our team. Her ability to balance compliance, efficiency, and innovation makes her an invaluable part of our team.
