We are looking to train and develop the next generation Project Manager to take our projects from pitch to delivery. You will be passionate about what we do and the love the fast-paced nature of the business.

    Your main responsibility will be acting as the lead role in planning, executing, monitoring, controlling, and closing out projects.

    The Role

    About you:

You ideally hold an appropriate degree, have experience managing and responding to multiple issues at the same time and have at least 2 + years’ experience in using RMM technologies.

    On a Technical level you have at least 3+ years’ experience with Helpdesks, Salesforce, SharePoint, Integration of Hardware and software solutions, and Virtual Server environments on MS Hypervisor and VMWare. - You are well acquainted with LAN, WAN, TCP/IP, AD, DNS/DHCP, NAS, SAN, VOIP, VPN, VLAN, SaaS, HaaS, SQL/MYSQL, Wireless, Hyper Cloud (Azure/AWS certified), Azure Active Directory and other related technologies. You have expertise with Windows Server Operating Systems, 2rd line support, security audits, firewalls, Switches, End-Point Security, infrastructure management, asset, and compliance audits, assessment for cloud readiness (integration of legacy IT systems into the cloud) and hybrid environments.

    About the Position:

    This is a hands-on role where you will:

     

    • Dealing with 1st & 2nd line assigned tickets, providing support via RMM tools
    • Troubleshoot, fix, and escalate incidents as required, ensuring they are resolved within customer service level agreements or against key performance indicators
    • Monitor networks and provide guidance on security risks and improvements
    • Administrate instances on Azure and AWS
    • Administrate SharePoint
    • Log all customer contact in the support ticketing system, maintaining complete information
    • Develop strong product and business expertise of AutoTask/Datto products
    • Maintain a strong understanding of customer requirements and processes
    • Work collaboratively with team members to ensure responses and resolutions to customer problems
    • Work collaboratively with internal partners to manage customer interactions
    • Support a positive team culture based on Logixal values
    • Help with sharing, updating, and creating knowledge resources
    • May be involved with special projects/special team support
