Logixal Document Solutions started up in 2012, and we’ve been on an ambitious growth plan ever since. From our beginnings as the masters of productivity, bringing sharper, more effective print, voice and IT solutions to small-medium sized businesses, we’ve stayed true to our core beliefs of providing insightfulness, innovation and personalisation. We are committed to delivering an outstanding service and crystal clear experience for our customers and employees.
Our goal is for everything we create and cultivate in our service delivery, culture, and relationships and to live up to the beliefs of our Code of Conduct and ethical policy. One of the things we’re most proud of is our awesome team. What started out as a handful of driven individuals who were interested in being on the cutting edge of IT service providers - we have steadily grown into a vibrant company that has individuals that come from all different backgrounds and we are now looking to expand and hope that with your help we continue to grow and for you to be a part of our story.

In 2017 we achieved Investors in People Gold Standard. So we ensure that all of our team receive regular training and support in their roles.
With the introduction of the apprenticeship levy we have made a new focus on creating development opportunities for our team who are starting their career journey. With nearly 20% of the team currently undertaking apprenticeship qualifications, we are committed in training and qualifying people with our growth.
