    Key Responsibilities:

    • Service, maintenance and networking of MFDs / Photocopiers /Printers.
    • Supporting customers and other engineers in central London.
    • Dealing with call-outs for fault finding and repairs.
    • Providing exceptional customer service.

    What we're looking for:

    • ¬†It is essential you are currently an engineer working on MFD/Photocopier devices.
    • Excellent IT / Networking skills.
    • Excellent communication skills dealing with clients at all levels.
    • Great time management and ability to work under pressure, and meeting set KPI's.¬†
    • Manufacturer trained on Xerox and Konica devices¬†Experienced in IT solutions (Papercut and ideally¬† Equitrac and eCopy)¬†
    • Clean driving licence.
    • Experienced in¬†Fiery Controllers (Calibrations and reloading of software).
