Here at Logixal our clients are at the centre of our priorities, there isn't much we won't do for them. As a result of prioritising their varying needs we have managed to reach an extraordinarily high, new rate of 97% customer retention. Thanks to year on year growth our new business development team and account managers have been able to welcome new clients at an incredible rate whilst keeping our established customers happy too. As a result we are set to maintain our year on year client increase rate of 35%.
